1、 Equipment Usage

1.1.  This equipment is particularly suitable for grinding or polishing glass, silicon wafers, sapphire, and metal or non-metal materials.



2、 Equipment structural characteristics

2.1.  Innovation is the fundamental concept of design. Efforts should be made to improve the technical content, operational accuracy, and smoothness of the equipment.

2.2.  Adopting advanced PLC program controller to control the actions of the whole machine, with high degree of automation, and using a matching large screen touch screen as the interface to display the current status of the whole machine, achieving human-machine dialogue and clear operation at a glance.

2.3.  The use of internal gear ring lifting makes it extremely convenient to install and remove workpieces. The lifting of the inner ring gear is driven by a cylinder, and the lifting is smooth without shaking. The lifting of the ring gear is done by a jog method, which can control the height of the ring gear lifting and ensure that the ring gear and sun gear wear evenly throughout their entire length, extending their service life.

2.4.  Adopting a three motor drive, the lower disc and gear ring are driven by a lower disc motor (7.5KW/1440r/min); Drive the upper grinding disc with an upper disc motor (7.5KW/1440r/min); Drive the sun gear with a small motor (2.2KW/1440r/min).

2.5.  Using pneumatic actuators and pneumatic control components produced by Yadeke, it is divided into eight independent control stages. The pressure and speed of each stage can be gradually increased and decreased smoothly, with a maximum pressure of 750kg. The processing pressure is fed back in real-time through a pressure sensor (optional function), and automatic pressure calibration is achieved, providing better polishing efficiency and a wider range of grinding process options for grinding workpieces.

2.6.  The main load-bearing gears of the whole machine are reinforced gears, and through strict quenching and tempering treatment, the strength and stiffness of each load-bearing transmission component are greatly improved. At the same time, it also reduces the overall noise and vibration of the machine.

2.7.  Equipped with a main cylinder locking mechanism, it can conveniently and safely lock the grinding disc.
