1、 Equipment Usage

1.1 This equipment is suitable for polishing 2.5D, 3D, glass, ceramic, sapphire, metal and non-metal irregular curved surfaces.



2、     Equipment structural characteristics

2.1 The equipment adopts a unique polishing process concept, which reduces the cost of equipment use and can better complete the processing of products, improve production efficiency, and increase the yield of product quality.

2.2 The first to adopt a six motor four frequency conversion separate independent control configuration scheme, fully realizing independent control of the upper polishing discs (A, C), (B, D), lower large bearing disc, and product placement disc (6), without interference with each other, with adjustable speed, especially for the polishing of 3D concave surfaces, which can achieve blind spots and high yield processing. Customers are proficient in implementing various complex processes.

2.3 Adopting the method of vacuum adsorption of workpieces and equipped with a vacuum detection system, the equipment will automatically alarm and stop immediately in case of abnormalities, which can effectively avoid workpiece damage and product scrap.

2.4 The product adsorption disk adopts a variable frequency speed regulating motor, which can adjust the corresponding process parameters at any time according to the requirements of the product.

2.5 Due to the suction of grinding fluid during vacuum adsorption of workpieces, it is equipped with a vacuum automatic drainage and abrasive recovery system, which can effectively save abrasives.

2.6 The equipment control system consists of PLC and human-machine interface, which is conducive to the operator's use of the equipment.

2.7 The equipment adopts high-strength casting brackets, double cast self rotating gears, and double column gantry structures, which increase the overall stability, safety, and service life of the equipment.

2.8 The self-designed multi-stage filtration system can effectively improve product yield, increase the service life of polishing solution, and reduce customer production costs.
