2、 Equipment structural characteristics
2.1 The equipment adopts a unique dual gear design, which enables the independent control of the revolution and rotation of 6 download disks, and the surface polishing of the upper disk driven independently.
2.2 The upper plate adopts a large-sized polishing disc universal high-speed polishing method, and the lower plate adopts six product placement discs with independent rotation, which can achieve fast and efficient polishing processing of customers' curved workpiece surfaces.
2.3 The upper plate adopts a combination of cylinder, linear sliding rail and linear guide sleeve to achieve smooth pressurization and lifting.
2.3 Adopting the method of vacuum adsorption of workpieces and equipped with a vacuum detection system, the equipment will automatically alarm and stop immediately in case of abnormalities, which can effectively avoid workpiece damage and product scrap.
