Description
1、 Equipment Usage

1.1 This equipment is suitable for polishing 2.5D, 3D, glass, zirconia, metal and non-metal irregular curved surfaces.

2、     Equipment structural characteristics

2.1 The equipment adopts the concept of continuous and uninterrupted polishing technology, which reduces the cost of equipment use and can better complete the processing of products, improve production efficiency, and increase the yield of product quality.

2.2. The equipment has three sets of independent servo lifting processing station upper plate systems. The production factors such as auxiliary materials, pressure, and upper and lower plate speed of each station can be independently designed according to the process. Each upper plate system adopts precision linear guide rails and linear guide sleeves to ensure the stability of the upper plate during the processing. The lifting and production pressure of the upper plate are controlled by independently controlled servo motors and precision ball screws, achieving automatic compensation of the upper plate pressure during the processing.

2.3. The lower part of the equipment adopts a 4-station non-stop processing structure, which can realize product picking and placing without stopping during the product processing process. The equipment consists of 3 independent processing stations and 1 product storage and retrieval station. Each workstation is driven by an independent motor, and different process designs can be achieved in conjunction with the loading workstation on the processing workstation. Reserve a mechanical arm interface for the storage and retrieval station, and prepare for the installation of automatic loading and unloading mechanical arms, which can achieve unmanned production.

2.4. The rotation of the lower workstation is driven by a precision reducer, and there are radial high-strength column pins for positioning, ensuring precise and stable workstation conversion.

2.5. The product is controlled by precision sensors to stop the rotation of the workpiece and disconnect the vacuum suction, ensuring that there are no errors during the processing.

2.6. Adopting the method of vacuum adsorption of workpieces and equipped with a vacuum detection system, the equipment will automatically alarm and stop immediately in case of abnormalities, which can effectively avoid workpiece damage and product scrap.

2.7. Due to the suction of grinding fluid during vacuum adsorption of workpieces, a vacuum automatic drainage and abrasive recovery system is specially equipped to effectively save abrasives.
