1、 Equipment Usage

1.1 This equipment is suitable for cold carving and finishing of brittle materials such as glass and ceramics, as well as for edge grinding, drilling, chamfering, and slotting of brittle materials such as glass and ceramics.

2、 Equipment structural characteristics

2.1 The main components of the machine tool are all made of high-strength HT250 cast iron material; The machine is stable and does not deform, with minimal vibration during movement, ensuring long-term accuracy without deformation.

2.2 The machine tool screw guide rail adopts well-known brands to ensure high precision and long-lasting stability of the machine tool.

2.3 The motion drive adopts a servo system, combined with high-precision moving parts, with a maximum motion speed of 15m/min and a maximum carving speed of 15m/min.

2.4 High precision automatic tool setting system and pneumatic tool changing spindle.

2.5 Circular spray structure design with adjustable spray angle.

2.6 The equipment comes standard with a 16 station automatic tool changing magazine.  

2.7 Open software interface, automatic machining supports complete ISO standard G instructions, supports mainstream CAD/CAM software at home and abroad, such as UG, Pro/E, MasterCAM, Cimatron, CASMate, ArtCAM, etc.

2.8 Rear mounted electrical control cabinet, sealed internal circulation air cooling. Effectively isolate water vapor from entering, protect the stability and lifespan of electrical components.

2.9 Absolute value servo motors are used to ensure the safety performance and positional accuracy of the machine tool, without the need to install travel switches. Limit switches reduce the machine tool failure rate.
